You recently received communication from us about the compatibility of AndroidTM Operating System (OS) 13 and the FreeStyle LibreLink and FreeStyle Libre 3 Apps*. This may have resulted in extended periods of signal loss in the app which could have impacted your ability to receive glucose alarms and readings (FreeStyle Libre 3 only).
We’re pleased to inform you that our latest version of the FreeStyle LibreLink and FreeStyle Libre 3 Apps, (2.8.4 and 3.4.2) are now compatible with Android OS 13. Please update your FreeStyle LibreLink App and FreeStyle Libre 3 App for Android OS to the latest versions (2.8.4 and 3.4.2) as soon as possible to ensure you are receiving glucose alarms and readings (FreeStyle Libre 3 only) on your smartphone when using the apps with Android OS 13.
To check which version of the apps you have, view the About screen in the apps. Please ensure you are using version 2.8.4 and 3.4.2 and running a minimum Android OS of 8 on your smartphone.
