We recently communicated about the compatibility of AndroidTM Operating System (OS) 13 and the FreeStyle LibreLink, FreeStyle Libre 2 and FreeStyle Libre 3 Apps*. This may have resulted in extended periods of signal loss in the apps which could have impacted your ability to receive glucose alarms and readings (FreeStyle Libre 3 only).
We’re pleased to inform you that our latest version of the FreeStyle LibreLink, FreeStyle Libre 2 and FreeStyle Libre 3 Apps (2.8.4 and 3.4.2) are now compatible with Android OS 13. Please update your FreeStyle LibreLink App, FreeStyle Libre 2 App and FreeStyle Libre 3 App for Android OS to the latest versions (2.8.4 and 3.4.2) as soon as possible to ensure you are receiving glucose alarms and readings (FreeStyle Libre 3 only) on your smartphone when using the apps with Android OS 13.
